Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payments.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Switch/Maestro with and without issue numbers, Delta, Electron, Solo, and JCB. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped or by agreement with the customer.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. Delivery Schedule We deliver your order ASAP. We will normally send your order to you in 3-5 business days , subject to availability from the manufacturer. In the event that there is a longer lead time we will inform the customer before taking payment.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders within the UK are subject to 17.5% VAT
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our server. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Before you return a product to us, please call us on 01920 469980. Items returned prior to calling us number cannot be accepted and you may be liable for addition carriage costs.

Refunds from Aaccess Locksmiths:

If you are unhappy with your purchase and you advise us in writing within 7 days of receipt we will accept the return of the goods, if the goods are returned at your cost. The goodsmust be in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. We will return your payment within 30 days of cancellation less a re-stocking charge of 10% of the retail price. There is no re-stocking charge if the goods are faulty. Please call us in the first instance. No goods will be accepted without this authorisation.
